Communion

Communion is celebrated on the first and third Sundays of the month. All baptized, communing Christians who recognize the living Christ truly present in the bread and wine are welcome at God’s table. The first Sunday of the month the wine is offered in individual glasses and the third Sunday communion is by intinction (the wafer is dipped in the wine).

Communion is also celebrated on all the church festival days.

Fifth graders may participate in communion after instruction. If you are visiting and your children are younger than fifth grade but have received communion instruction, they will be served.

Baptism

The Sacrament of Holy Baptism unites new believers with their Lord and with one another in the family of faith. Adult and youth baptismal candidates receive the Sacrament following instruction by the pastor. Infants and young children may be baptized after the parents have a consultation with the pastor.
